How much does it cost to register?

Nothing, its free!

How quickly can I book a reliever?

Jitbug uses a mobile app to allow centres to communicate directly with Jitbug ECE relievers. This adds transparency to the process and eliminates the need for centres to wait and hear back from any middle man.

How do I book an ECE reliever?

We built and use our own mobile app. Simply download and register to sign up.

Are Jitbug Staff vetted?

Yes, all Jitbug reliever teachers are vetted via a work reference and police check before they can apply for jobs.

What time periods can be booked?

Anytime you need an ECE reliever, simply use the app to post a job. From there our network of ECE relievers will apply and you can choose the one you like the best. That's the beauty of using the app, you can post a job anytime.

Why would I want to pay a higher hourly rate to a reliever than I would to my permanent staff?

A reliever will inevitably cost more than permanent staff. For starters, we pay our relievers a higher hourly rate due to the uncertainty of steady work. We also include holiday pay and sick leave on a pay as you go basis. And then, we add our agency margin for services rendered on top of that.

Can I choose a qualified or unqualifed reliever?

Yes, the choice is entirely yours!

What if I want to offer a reliever a permanent position?

That's great to hear! We will let our reliever know and ask them if a permanent position is what they are looking for.
