Introducing our new mobile-friendly web application
For many months now, our team has been hard at work preparing for our biggest launch since 2014. Before you grit your teeth and clench your fists to prepare for the dizzying changes, let me just assure you that we dislike sudden change as much as the next person. Our existing website will still be operational, and you can switch between the two as you wish. Explore and give us feedback on the new version or flip back to what you are accustomed to.
Try out Jitbug Preview by clicking on “Try our new look!” from the side menu. There is also a bright orange header which you can “Click here to try our new look at preview.jitbug.co.nz. “.
To go back to the old view, click on “Switch back to the old look” on the side menu of the new application.
Why should you try out Jitbug Preview?
This new version introduces a cleaner layout and some new features. For example, the Notifications and Chat screens are finally on our web application! For a while now, our mobile app users have been able to use the Notifications and Chat screens to keep up to date with latest activity. We are bringing this to the web.
From the Notifications screen, you can respond to any job invitation or application without having to click through to see all the details. Same applies for submitting timesheets.
In the Chats screen, you can track all ongoing conversations and the most recent message. A green circle indicates that there are new messages that you have not yet viewed.
